This Privacy Policy explains how Kujato LLC, doing business as SiteRival and siterival.com (“SiteRival,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you visit our websites, use the client dashboard, buy Hosting or SEO + Hosting, submit a form, or contact us.
If you use SiteRival for a business, you are responsible for giving your own customers and website visitors the notices and choices the law requires.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you send us: name, business name, email, phone, billing details, account credentials, support requests, form submissions, website content, brand assets, and messages.
We collect account and service data: login activity, dashboard use, pages edited, files uploaded, publishes, job-board tickets, subscription status, invoices, payment-method references, plan selection, and account emails.
We collect technical and analytics data: IP address, device and browser, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, cookies or similar IDs, error and security logs, form metadata, traffic, page speed, rankings, keywords, GEO prompt results, and backlink-tracking rows.
We may process data from accounts you connect, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile, Maps, Workspace, Stripe, scheduling tools, CRMs, review platforms, DataForSEO, email providers, domain registrars, and AWS hosting.
2. Your Customers and Website Visitors
When we host or manage your site, we may process information your visitors submit through forms, uploads, messages, booking embeds, analytics, and cookies. That can include contact details, service requests, files, IP address, and browser data.
For that customer-site data, you are generally the business that decides why it is collected. We process it to run the site, send notifications, support your account, fix issues, and follow your instructions and the law.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate Hosting and SEO + Hosting; build, publish, and back up sites; provide the editor and dashboard; process forms; send transactional email; bill subscriptions; provide support; track keywords, competitors, schema, GEO prompts, and referring links; generate reports; prevent abuse; enforce the Terms; and meet legal duties.
We may email you about your account, invoices, security, product changes, and offers. You can opt out of promotional mail where the law requires it. We may still send service messages.
4. AI-Assisted Processing
We use AI tools to help draft, analyze, or improve content, images, metadata, SEO notes, reports, support replies, and site edits. Those tools may see page content, prompts, business context, analytics summaries, and keywords you already shared with us.
Do not put health records, government IDs, full card numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive data into prompts, tickets, or forms unless we have agreed in writing that the Services are built for that data.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and logs to run the site and dashboard, keep you signed in, measure use, detect abuse, and improve the Services. Google Analytics, Stripe, maps, and other embeds may set their own cookies under their policies.
You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking them can affect login, analytics, and some dashboard features.
6. How We Share Information
We share information with vendors that help us host, store, secure, bill, email, analyze, support, and publish sites. That includes AWS, CloudFront, Stripe, Google services, Resend, DataForSEO, OpenAI, xAI, domain registrars, and similar processors.
We may also share information with platforms you ask us to connect, or when needed for law, security, fraud prevention, unpaid amounts, or a sale of the business.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context ads in a way that would be a “sale” or “sharing” under those privacy laws unless disclosed and allowed.
7. Payments
Payments go through processors such as Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We may receive payment status, billing contact, card last four, expiration, subscription status, and invoices.
8. Retention
We keep information as long as needed to provide the Services, keep accounts, meet legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes, keep backups, and secure systems. Backups and logs may remain for a limited time after you delete data from active systems.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as access controls, HTTPS, authentication, backups, monitoring, and tenant separation where applicable. No method is completely secure. Use a strong password, limit who can log in, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. We will handle valid requests as the law requires and may need to verify who you are first.
If we process data for one of our business customers, we may send your request to that customer or follow their instructions.
11. Marketing Communications
Unsubscribe from promotional email with the link in the message or by contacting us. We may still send account, invoice, security, and support messages.
12. Children
The Services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you think a child gave us information.
13. International Users
SiteRival is operated from the United States. If you use the Services from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States and other places where we or our vendors operate.
14. Customer Sites and Third-Party Links
Sites we host may include maps, booking widgets, payments, analytics, or other third-party tools. We are not responsible for those privacy practices. You are responsible for reviewing tools you choose and for notifying your own visitors.
15. Changes
We may update this policy. Updates apply when posted unless a later date is stated. For material changes we may also notify you in the dashboard, by email, or on an invoice.
