Launch work, not the monthly program

What we set up on a small-business site before monthly SEO starts

What this page is for

Owners ask what is actually connected at launch: titles, structured data, Search Console, analytics, and a speed check. This page lists that work with examples you can see. When you want Hosting or SEO + Hosting, go to Join Us.

Setup is the wiring. Monthly SEO is the habit. We do not hide the launch list in a pricing modal and call it a program. You should be able to tell what is finished on day one and what keeps happening every week.

Who this page is for

People who want the launch checklist in one place—not another promise that “SEO is included.”

Owners comparing plans

Contractors and local businesses

You want to know what Search Console, analytics, and schema mean on your site before you pick Hosting or SEO + Hosting.

Skeptical buyers

People who have been sold a dashboard

Someone showed you a report and called it setup. You want the honest split: what we connect once, what we measure every week, and what nobody can guarantee.

What we set up at launch

This list is part of the site build. Dollar amounts and checkout stay on Join Us. The stack that keeps pages fast lives on managed website hosting.

  • Titles, descriptions, and on-page names Each public page gets a title and description that match what the page is actually for. We do not paste the same phrase into every heading just to look “optimized.”
  • Structured data that matches the live page Organization, services, FAQs, and breadcrumbs only where visitors can see the same facts. Schema is a label. It is not a ranking lever by itself.
  • Search Console connected We connect Google Search Console so coverage, queries, and sitemap status have a home. Connecting the property is setup. Using those signals as a monthly plan is later work—see Search Console is a signal, not a strategy.
  • Analytics connected Google Analytics is wired so you can see visits and assisted conversions later. A connected account is not the same as a conversion story. That still needs forms, calls, and honest page paths.
  • Google Business Profile and review display ready When you have a real local profile, we prepare the site to show reviews cleanly. Daily Maps and LSA position tracking is a monthly SEO item, not this checklist.
  • Internal links and image basics A first pass of links between the pages that should support each other, plus compressed images so the homepage is not carrying five-megabyte photos.
  • Page-speed QA with a 95+ target We test the build on static HTML, HTTPS, and CloudFront. 95+ is the target, not a promise after you add extra chat widgets. Speed detail: page speed.

Setup is not the same as monthly SEO

Three things get mixed together. Only the last column is the ongoing SiteRival program.

Hope the host handled it

A live site, no Search Console, leftover titles, no matching markup.

  • Hard to see what Google actually crawled
  • Reports start from a blank month
  • Schema, if any, may not match the page
  • Speed depends on plugins you never chose

Monthly SEO + Hosting

The program after launch: pages, tracking, and reports.

  • 30 keywords tracked every 3 days
  • 4 Blog + 4 SEO pages each month
  • Weekly reports, including AI measurement
  • Checkout still starts on Join Us

Examples you can check on this site

We would rather show the same facts in the page and in the markup than invent a prettier story for machines.

Structured data

Contact facts stay the same

SiteRival’s organization markup uses joe@siterival.com and Contact Us. There is no public phone on this site, so we do not invent one in schema.

Titles and FAQs

Questions match the visible answers

The FAQ block below is the same text we put in structured data. If we change an answer on the page, the markup has to change with it.

Measurement accounts

Connect first, then report

Search Console and analytics get attached at launch so later reports have a baseline. Daily keyword tracking and weekly SEO reports are the monthly program on SEO services for contractors.

AI answers

Setup is not the AI program

Matching schema and crawlable pages help people and models quote the same facts. Weekly prompt checks are explained on AI search readiness—we do not sell a crawler file as a ranking tactic.

Common questions

Launch vs monthly work, which plan includes the checklist, speed scores, and AI answers.

Is this the same as monthly SEO?

No. This page is the launch checklist: titles, matching structured data, Search Console, analytics, and speed QA. Monthly SEO is the ongoing program—new pages, daily keyword tracking, and weekly reports. That program lives on SEO + Hosting.

Does Hosting include this setup?

Yes. The one-time build includes this setup for Hosting and for SEO + Hosting. Hosting-only pays the $1,295 build fee. SEO + Hosting waives that fee and then continues with the monthly search program. Compare both on Join Us.

Do you guarantee a 95 PageSpeed score?

No. 95+ is the target we build toward using static HTML, CloudFront, and HTTPS. Extra scripts you add later can pull a score down. We check speed before launch; we do not treat a lab number as a contract.

How is this different from AI search readiness?

This page is the launch wiring: crawl, titles, matching markup, and measurement accounts. AI search readiness is the monthly habit of writing answers people can see and checking ten prompts each week. Hosting keeps the stack online. Longer AI explanation: AI search readiness.
